Section 28
Ability to make internal procedures
: (1) Cooperative organizations may make their own internal procedures according to their needs, subject to this Act, the rules, guidelines, standards, procedures and regulations made under this Act.
(2) The internal procedure as per sub-section (1) shall be implemented after approval by the general assembly of the cooperative organization concerned.
